For consumers
Never front the bill for the group again
Someone sent you a Splitt link? Here's the deal: you pay your share and only your share — and if the group doesn't come through, you get every cent back automatically.
How it works for you
No app to download, no account to create. Just a link.
Open the link
You'll see what's being bought, the total, your share, who's already paid, and how long the group has left.
Claim your spot
Tap a share and pay it your way — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, or Zip. Takes about thirty seconds.
Get confirmation (or your money back)
When everyone's paid, the booking confirms and you're all set. If the group doesn't fill the order in time, your payment bounces straight back — automatically.
Why it's safe
Splitt is built so that no one in the group can be left carrying the risk.
Your money only moves if everyone's does
Payments are held until the whole order completes. You never end up the only one who paid.
Refunds without asking
If the deadline passes, your full payment is refunded to your original payment method. No forms, no support chats, no waiting on the organiser.
Bank-grade payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe, the same infrastructure behind millions of businesses. Splitt never sees or stores your card details.
Questions people actually ask
Does it cost me anything extra?
No. You pay exactly your share of the price the merchant set. Splitt's fee is paid by the merchant, and only on completed orders.
What if one of my mates doesn't pay?
Then the order doesn't go ahead, and everyone who did pay gets a full automatic refund when the deadline passes. You're never on the hook for someone else's share.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are triggered the moment an order expires. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money typically appears back in your account within 3–10 business days.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Open the link, claim your share, pay. You'll get an email receipt and updates on the order's status.
Can I pay for more than one share?
Yes — if you're covering a partner or a mate, you can claim and pay multiple shares in one go.
